Aim

The adult Program is designed to bring out the very best in you. No matter what your age, you can benefit from our custom tailored programs to fit any physical conditions or concerns you may have.

Many adults have wanted to study martial arts for a long time but for some reason put off starting. KickFit instructors hear these two frequent questions:

can I do this without getting hurt?

can I do this without looking stupid?

KickFit Adult Tae Kwon-Do Programme

KickFit instructors are trained to help adults achieve their goals.

Our program is a total fitness package combining strength, endurance, flexibility, effective self-defence skills and improved judgement skills that have benefited hundreds of adult students in all walks of life.

What to Expect

During each class the KickFit instructor will maintain a safe training environment with an emphasis on “partners” rather than “opponents.”

Our training methods consider the different physical and mental capabilities that each student possesses. Each technique is broken down into straight forward learning steps so that the student doesn’t fail or becomes frustrated. Within the first couple of months, through regular practice you will gain greater command of your body and begin executing techniques with greater confidence.
