KickFit Martial Arts Schools has a
comprehensive training program for Dojang Assistants. The program’s
emphasis is on enhancing skills and qualities often overlooked in
traditional education, keying in on three areas: communication and
leadership skill, martial arts techniques and proper teaching
procedures. We believe that this program will have a lasting value
to all those who participate. The nine week course teaches the
basics of being a good finder and assistant’s duties during the
class and around the school. Each assistant must go through a
comprehensive series of tests both written and oral before they can
step onto the dojang floor.
Getting Started:
KickFit has developed a unique two year
accelerated instructor trainee program. Each individual works
full-time at a KickFit location and receives both martial arts and
school management skills. Successful completion of the program will
see the individual employed as an instructor at a KickFit school.
This can then lead onto promotion as a school manager.
Getting Started:
KickFit schools have a high standard and are
well regarding within the martial arts community in the United
Kingdom. KickFit franchises are only granted to a select group. The
individual must show the correct aptitude and desire to run a
successful school. Every school manager must be committed to the
KickFit philiosophy and receives one-to-one support with Kwan Jang
Nim Pankiewicz. There are weekly business and martial arts training
meetings to ensure a successful school along with integration into
the KickFit family of schools.
