Approved Equipment In order to properly train our students and prevent serious injury, all students must wear KickFit approved equipment. Students can purchase their equipment from KickFit pro-shop. Equipment should be clean and well maintained, with your name printed clearly on it (a marker pen, available at any stationery shop, works well for this). Basic students will require boxing glove to learn their kickboxing skills. Sparring is done in the intermediate classes and higher. Weapons training starts from the advanced level.
