HEALTHY EATING
FOCUS
For Little Champions and Junior Students
The class message for the next 10 weeks will focus on
healthy eating. The instructor team at KickFit will be talking about
easy to follow tips on food and nutrition. These tips are focused on helping
students become Black Belt Champions and world class athletes. Creating good
habits now will help to reinforce a healthy lifestyle for the future. Here
is an extract from the instructor script:
“Over
the next five weeks we are going to focus on some healthy eating tips. This
is one of the three steps of the Health Puzzle.
Repeat
after me: Exercise, Rest and Healthy Eating.
Healthy eating is about making the right choices when it comes to food. As
martial artists the Student Creed reminds us to “develop in a positive
manner and avoid anything that can reduce my mental growth or physical
health”. Healthy eating is essential to be a world-class athlete.”
