The KickFit’s progressive style of martial arts training will provide you with a comprehensive course in Tae Kwon-Do, the art of kicking, learning offensive and defensive techniques. In addition you will learn effective Kenpo Karate and Jiu-Jitsu locks and take down techniques. This is incorporated as part of an effective street self-defence curriculum. In the advanced stages of training senior students are taught how to use weapons as an art form and in practical applications. At this level we also follow many of the Jun Fan / JKD concepts.
