Cadets (Ages 12-14)

This programme helps teenagers prepare for the challenges and opportunities they’ll meet as they grow into young adults.

As well as providing a comprehensive self-defence and fitness programme, we help teenagers build a range of emotional skills. This can include dealing with the pressures of social media, the importance of acting responsibly and help finding their identity within a group.

At KickFit we help teenagers develop a healthy lifestyle focussed on fitness, good nutrition and a positive attitude to help them grow into happy and healthy adults.

Many of our cadets have gone on to enjoy leadership opportunities at KickFit, becoming role models for our younger students and learning how to lead lessons.

Teens (Ages 14+)

There are so many distractions for teenagers, and it can be easy for them to get off track. We specialise in addressing challenges teens face and the importance of setting goals. Students learn to focus and persevere which leads to confidence and success in school, at home, in other sports, and in life. Our students learn how handle bullying and stop it quickly. 

We help teenagers build a range of emotional skills including dealing with the pressures of social media, interview techniques for work or further studies and how to be good with finances. Our program provides cross training benefits to students playing sports by training both sides of the body preventing injuries and increasing core strength. Teenagers who train at KickFit, write about this experience on their University and Job Application Forms.
