Tips to Help Your Child in Martial Arts

Welcome to KickFit, we’re glad you are starting your martial arts training with us.

Here are some tips that will help your child excel:
1. Pick a set schedule and do your best to stick to it. Testing requires a minimum of 6 lessons in each five week cycle, to be eligible.

2. Everyone progresses at their own pace. We teach students not to compare themselves to others, but strive to be their best.

3. Home Practice: don’t worry if your child doesn’t want to practice at home yet. It isn’t necessary as long they are attending class twice a week

4. Remember it’s natural if your child doesn’t want to come to class every now and then. Your child’s instructor can get them back on track, let them know.
